The establishment:
30 minutes after checking in I went back to the desk to ask the receptionist what was going on.... "Oh, you are here?" was the response from the same woman I checked in with. I later found out they had charged my credit card for my "lateness" anyway.
The service:
I never saw my "stylist." The assistant applied a "glaze" which later had to be washed out because it was applied without processor. Genius. Again, under the dryer, the assistant failed to utilize a hair-clip to contain my long locks, which proceeded to drip chemical product all over my silk shirt. Later, I had to physically grab someone walking by in order to get rinsed out, already 10 minutes after my timer went off. The incompetence did not stop here....the rinsing out phase was possibly the worst part. I had to go to a play after with sticky product lodged in my ears, all over my neck, and with 1/2 my head stiffed with product that should have been washed out.
Save yourself the time and the agony; go ANYWHERE else.
