I got an estimate from them awhile back and want to point out the tech wasn't licensed. He basically told me MyPlumber hires unlicensed people to work under the company license. Not sure if this is illegal or what but the point is the people they send to perform tasks that require licensing, may not be experienced enough if they themselves aren't licensed.
