After a power outage the other night we had half a dozen candles all burning at once. When the lights came back on, one of our kids collected the candles but spilled hot candle wax all over the living room carpet. We couldn't get the residue off and it looked bad, so we called this company. They did an amazing job and the carpet looks great again!
