I am sorry to say that I was very disappointment with the ethical part of the so called manager or whatever he wants to be called. I visited the eyemart express in Corpus Christi, Texas with a prescription from a VSP doctor who issued me some contacts after trying them for some months decided they were not for me so decided to head on to eyemart. NO way will I return. I was there on March 21,2007 at 9:00am , return to pickup my glasses at 4:20pm.
When I asked to pick up my glasses the so call director told me they were not ready I would have to wait. I told him I had groceries and ice cream and could not wait. If front of about 20 people he said "Who would buy ice cream and come to the Doctor's office. As my 11 yr.old was with me I felt this is not a situation I would like for my son to see so I kindly asked can I pick them up tomorrow, he said OH YES. Next morning I went the gentlemen was very professional and gave me my glasses. In the first place I was not there to see a doctor I had a prescription from a doctor whom I had already seen. NEVER again will I be back. He needs a little refresher course on management. I will not recommend anybody there. Thanks God for the personnel that know how to handle customer care. If it weren't for customers he himself would not have a job. I paid for my glasses cash with my debit card which automatic withdraws from my bank. He is such and idiot and he calls himself a director or manager. Good Luck!
