I recently moved to SF and had no idea where to get my car serviced. I got an estimate at Serramonte Ford which was ridiculously outrageous for a simple oil change and was lucky enough to find Pennzoil on 19th Ave. I paid $37.99 for full service and was out in 7 minutes. The technician, Jowell I believe was his name, was extremely helpful as well as very knowledgeable. As I was leaving I noticed other cars that came in at the same time as mine were still being worked on, I guess the rest of the Pennzoil crew doesn't believe in the 10 minute rule!
Word of advice, if you're in a hurry and want the work done quickly and efficiently, ask for Jowell. He'll get you out in under 10!
