So we ordered our furniture the end of november and received it a few days ago. Apparently there was a back order on the items due to a fire our baby came the first of February and they brought us a loaner crib and a loaner glider. We worked closely with the manager and she gave us weekly updates on our order. They gave me the option to cancel and receive a full refund which I appreciated, we talked about and decided to keep our order. We have since ordered additional pieces because we were so impressed with how professional they handled everything. more
