I have enjoyed KFC chicken for many years, but something needs to be done about the KFC in Sanford Florida, the one that is located where the Super Walmart is. It lacks cleanliness, and the service seems to be getting worse. I went in today. There was only one other customer who did not seem pleased. One of the employees was making fun of the person asking them if they would have that place clean before they left. There was another employee saying all he needed to do was clean the floor.
Then he proceeded to sweep in front of where the chicken was stored, shaking the dirty broom and pan to empty it out while the servers were picking chicken for their orders. I was totally grossed out. Then the server that was working on my order bumped into the server that had been sweeping in front of the chicken and the cover to my bucket touched his arm. Then he proceeded to put the lid on my chicken instead of discarding it or placing paper over the chicken. I guess he saw how displeased I was on my face, because he stared at me. I really felt like throwing the food on the counter , but decided to write someone instead. As if that wasn't bad enough, when I got home already disgusted, I found out that the coleslaw was bitter. I do not think they will be seeing me any time soon. Someone should check them out.
