My garage door had a broken spring about 3 weeks ago. I called this garage door company after reading positive reviews; I'm pleased to further recommend their services. John promptly came out, same day service. He fixed the original problem, and when trying to re-connect the garage door opener...we were presented with another problem, which was related to the original install of the opener. John tried to remedy the situation at the time with another motor, but we found out the model opener I had does not have an "anything' replacement part...and needed a direct from manufacturer motor. This was easier found, than actually finding!
Stuck for a bit, this garage door company and John took extra time to track down the motor and even going so far as to contact multiple businesses for a replacement part. In the end, the unit was actually under warranty and a replacement part was sent from the manufacturer. This process took a while, but not due to any delay from this garage door company. When the motor arrived, John was quickly at the house to install...while also making necessary adjustments to the door to make it even better.
During the delay in receiving the part, this garage door company did not charge...nor mention charging...until the "complete" repair was done. Highly impressed with John and the professionalism of this garage door company. 5 stars...with a better than strong recommendation.
