Ordered carpet runner for two flights of stairs. Was promised installation the following Saturday during a three hour window. Installers arrived late without proper materials, measurements, or information. Really they only sell the carpet and sub-contract the installation, so they have no control over the quality. The buereacracy at their customer service department is so bad you can't get any appropriate response out of anyone. Don't follow through on what they say they are going to do. Kate Zilke customer service manager is incompetent, will not give out info about superiors to talk to. After 7 weeks and SIX wasted weekend days, I STILL do not have acceptable carpet on my stairs. Will never call Luna again. I know I'm the only review on this site but look at others (yahoo, insider pages, click for justice) and you'll see plenty of similar stories. more

Dear Tripp,I apologize for the delay in responding to you, I just noticed your review on Judysbook.com. And I am truly sorry that Luna did not meet your expectations. We have been in business for over 52 years and pride ourselves on exceptional service and I am saddened you didn’t get to experience that. Our installers are trained and certified to Luna standards and do beautiful work, but you clearly didn’t get to experience that either.
