Michael Trimarchi came to check out a problem with an inoperable ceiling fan. Problem was solved immediately. While he was there, he also fixed another minor problem with a ceiling fan in another room. He was pleasant and professional and his friendly personality made it easy for us to feel comfortable asking questions.
