This is my 2nd time I have had to complain about this location. Not sure why I keep going back to it, guess I think it will get better. After my first complaint last summer, the managers were very kind and compensated me with some free drinks on my Cruisin' card. However most of the time I would use it at other locations, then I tried this location again...and this time I was pleased to see the person that came out to the car and took our order (there were 3 of us) actually wrote the orders down...so after ordering my
'cinnamon yogurt milk shake' I was pretty confident it would be right...my mistake... I got back to work and discovered it wasn't a yogurt shake, and it wasn't cinnamon...the other person with me ordered a vanilla shake...guess they thought that it would be easier to just make two of them so that is what I got...not that it wasn't OK, but it WASN'T what I ordered or PAID for. So thinking maybe this isn't the place for me to go to anymore, even though it is pretty close to my work.
