Closet Factory disappointed me every step of the way. The installers gouged a wall and didn't complete their work on-time. On several other occasions, after already collecting their full payment, they made appointments to come back and finish their job but never did. They stood me up on three occasions, each time the receptionist/scheduler confirmed that they were "on their way" when the had no intentions of doing so. For a $5000 system, I would have expected a much better product and service. Never again!
