This company makes a great initial impression with cozy lobbies, scented candles, friendly receptionists, etc. I lost nearly everything in a flood at the Kirkwood location, June 2006. The owners were unresponsive and/or unhelpful over the phone, provided no basic emergency safety or sanitation supplies for cleanup/recovery and even limited the use of their water hose. They left entry doors wide open overnight during cleanup/recovery resulting in theft of tenants' items, did not refund security deposit, and were interested mainly in cleaning up and getting back in business as soon as possible. Look elsewhere.
