Ordered via Flowers.com (who were very pleasant and professional) some flowers for delivery for my wife's birthday next week--Jan 17th. About 2 hours later (still on Jan 10th) I received a call from my annoyed and very puzzled wife wanting to know why her Birthday flowers were being delivered a full week early. Now I recognize this mistake was just plain old-fashioned human error, it happens to all of us, what happened next was not: Anna's insisted on coming back to retrieve the mistakenly sent bouquet which they would replace the following week. While I know flowers aren't at all free, this to me seems very tacky and miserly. The only possible logic behind this odd sounding idea is that the flowers would be reused--YUCK. It had the same sound as reusing the food from an improperly prepared restaurant meal.
I personally will not be making use of this company's services again.
I don't want to know where their flowers have already been.
