California Parking also runs a valet parking service.
They can not legally enforce parking tickets. The tickets will also NOT appear on your DMV record. DO NOT PAY. Imagine your Valet Parking attendent giving you a "ticket"? Who the hell he thinks he is?
Parking Control Service is a civilian, just like you and I. I am sure you can't issue me a "parking ticket" right? If you received a "ticket" from Parking Control Service, do NOT pay for it.
They hire employees who are not professionally trained to enforce the law. Their ticket systems are manually input, therefore they can record whatever time they want on their system just to give you a ticket. After all, their company PROFIT depends on it.
They can NOT legally tow your car away for any unpaid "tickets". Illegal towing of your car on public streets is considered grand theft auto, which is a crime.
The only way they can collect that "ticket" is to PAY DMV to get your personal informtion (which will cost them more than the ticket itself), and take you to small claims court, where they have to PROVE to the judge you owe them a "parking ticket". Yeah right.
The ticket itself is a Scam. They can not enforce it. It will not go on your DMV record when you renew your licence.
DO NOT FALL FOR IT.
