After posting a very bad review for these folks I have been receiving e-mails from time to time telling me a new review has been posted.
The wave of five star reviews is impressive, if not frought with spelling errors and being somewhat dubious given a shout to particular employees.
I have worked on many cars during my lifetime. One five star review claims to have been told by another shop that a front end needs replaced.
A bad front-end is not a condition or a diagnosis, yet it led here to a 5 star rating
for replacing tires and an alignment.
I'll be the first to admit that I'm still pissed off by being ripped off by this place.
So, let me leave you with this...If the bays at Elliot tire are clean and somebody appears to be doing something in each one, that's an improvement over what I experienced.
Can their mechanics do any better than this shade tree wrench turner? Blackjack may be the same odds.
