This is not the place to buy your car!
They not only lied to us but acted like they were doing us a favor for selling the new MDX. After 4 trips to the dealer they did not make the promised time for finding the vehicle and did not want to pay back our deposit. Moreover we found out later that they are charging over 3 grand the actual MSRP by lying to us. We ending up buying the MDX with the options we wanted from another dealer for $49500 which was $3000 less than goodsons price.
When we told them that another acura dealer has the car with the color and options we want and with the price difference of $3000, they became very rude and called the other delearship to buy the same car from them and to offer us the same car for $3000 more. When we said no, the manager totally misbehaved and even asked us to return the free water bottle that every dealership offers to people. It became really ugly but luckly we were able to get our deposit back from them.
They will try hard to sell you someting that you don't want and over mark the price by few grand. Save your money and do your shopping elsewhere were people atleast care about your business and don't treat you as they are doing you a favor.
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, I will report the manager's behavior to Acura Customer care.
We bought our MDX from the Acura dealer in Houston called the Sterling Macoy with exceptional care and attention received from Mr. Khan.
They even covered our cost to go over there and drive back with the new MDX the same evening. Thank you Mr. Khan for taking care of us!
