Jamie Dunn is an exceptional employee. She made me feel welcome and important and explained my service options very clearly. She entered my info into her computer so that when I return the process will be even smoother and quicker. I bought my Impresa in AZ, but she treated me like a valued customer at her facility. I did find it somewhat awkward to drive into the service dept. and there did not seem to be a convenient place for my friends to wait for me while I was getting my car checked in. They had a hard time turning around in the parking lot area.
