We wanted 6/2/2014

We wanted more power with the V6. We previously owned a 2011 Chevy Equinox 4 cylincer and then realized we couldn't tow anything. When the three year anniversary rolled around my husband and I decided to upgrade to the 2014 Traverse. Best decision ever. Love it! more

I love those guys in the Chev shop. They are the greatest. They take such good care of me. I never feel like they are trying to "up sell" me a service, just take really good care of me and my truck. It is a rarity anymore to have the sense that a service is offered with my well being in mind not to just add to the company's bottom line. It is what has kept me as a customer for years. more

Had a very 3/10/2014

Had a very difficult problem to analyze in the driver seat of my CTS. The problem was found and repaired. The car was serviced as I directed for LOF. It was even washed. Really appreciated a vehicle to drive as repair took over two weeks! Thanks more

The past times we have purchased new vehicles made us reluctant to go through the ordeal again, but the experience we had with Cascade Auto Center and Randy definitely changed our minds about that. My story, although lengthy in time span, ends with an overall positive result. Beginning in the spring of 2013 we experienced several (electrical) problems with our 2012 Equinox. After multiple visits to your Service Center and a considerable amount of time you were able to resolve many of the problems. However, some problems remain, one of which is a serious safety concern..... headlights going off! Display lights have stayed on with the ignition turned off and key removed, remote entry failed, multiple times of a dead battery and on and on. Throughout the experience we feel Cascade stayed with us and did all in their power to resolve the issues. We discussed going the Lemon Law route to get into a different vehicle and Cascade personnel were willing to work with us and deal with General Motors to get the 2012 Equinox replaced. Bottom line, it has been a lengthy and at times testy experience, we basically are content with the outcome. We were able to get a 2014 Equinox as a replacement. Although the 2014 does have a couple of options we wanted and obviously a couple of years newer, the out of our pocket money to get rid of the 2012 Equinox was about $5000.00 more than it should have been. At least now we are comfortable if we go somewhere and don't have to be concerned about getting home before dark. Thanks Scott, Eric, & Bill for working with us through this negative experience and turning it into a positive one. more

Jamie Dunn is an exceptional employee. She made me feel welcome and important and explained my service options very clearly. She entered my info into her computer so that when I return the process will be even smoother and quicker. I bought my Impresa in AZ, but she treated me like a valued customer at her facility. I did find it somewhat awkward to drive into the service dept. and there did not seem to be a convenient place for my friends to wait for me while I was getting my car checked in. They had a hard time turning around in the parking lot area. more

We want to thank you so very much for helping us out with our car issues in Wenatchee!! You saved our vacation and we were able to get Molly off to camp in Seattle. You are both always so smazing and filled with kindness. The entire Cascase staff could not have been more helpful- Charlie's truck was fixed and he was incredibly relieved. The rental car enabled us to get around seattle and enjoy some time off (much needed). more
