Max is very knowledge and patient, and provides complete answers to all questions we asked. Many reviews mention this, and once you start working with him there is no missing this point. There is a lot to say about our experience with working with Phillip, but ultimately.....we got a low rate, closed on an aggressive schedule, got him on the phone with our seller's agent, and through all of this he was super.
