I started training at Fury Combat Systems in Brooklyn, NY in January of 2010, with the aim of getting fit and learning a form of self defense. I quickly started seeing dramatic results in both my body and all round health. With a lot of help from kickboxing, I have managed to lose 30lb. The thing that has struck me the most about the school is the friendly atmosphere, everyone is very patient, and always willing to give you advice and help you improve your technique, as well as to push you to your physical limits. Not only have I improved my health and well being, I have made some great friends along the way.
