Expect condescending and poor customer service and this place will not disappoint. The process works like this: Call a day or two in advance to schedule an appointment and you'll be directed to "Just show up before 8:00 AM" on the day you want the work done. Show up as instructed and you'll be greeted with an annoyed look and a, "I'm not sure if we can fit you in... Why didn't you call?" Every time I've been there it's the same drill. While the guys who run the shop clearly know their trade, their attitudes, and the guys in back who do the actual work on your car, leave a lot to be desired. Had three generally luke-warm experiences here before giving up on them. The first two were marked by antagonistic, slow service, but the work was good so I let the niceties slide. The third time, they managed to destroy some brake pads I'd supplied for installation and the box along with them, rendering them unreturnable. Also, they managed to so before even installing them. Not recommended. more
