Dr. Frankel was pretty welcoming and concerned of my needs and wants as far as the final outcome of what I wanted with Rhinoplasty. He answered all of my questions patiently and gave time for our discussions. I was excited and nervous about the procedure, but the staff was helpful and I knew what to expect. They really have great customer service there. I can’t wait for the swelling to go down so I can see the final results, but so far it looks almost exactly like the pictures Dr. Frankel showed me that it may look like, so I’m really happy.
