Andrew Frankel creates beautiful morphs of how your nose will look after surgery with him. Sadly that is the full extent of his artistic talents. His noses are huge, ugly, lumpy, crooked, hanging monsters right in the center of your face. His assistant calls the day after surgery to tell you that your surgery went way overtime and they have to charge you an additional $5000. When you complain about the monster on your face he blames the victim, "YOU ARE A BAD HEALER!" he declares then offers to fix HIS botch for MORE money. The victim retreats into the shadows with a full blown case of PTSD. One victim moved to China because he couldn't take the shocked expressions and stares while another ended up on the psych ward. Two others lost their marriages. PTSD affects everyone in the orbit of the victim. Landmark occasions such as weddings and graduations are missed because the victim is too embarrassed to face anyone. Life after nasal surgery with Frankel is a devastatingly lonely and sad place. PLEASE READ Thoroughly BEFORE you schedule a VISIT. I can't even begin to express my dissatisfaction, disbelief and DISAPPOINTMENT with Dr. Frankel, his practice and assistant Vicki. My wife went in for a Septoplasty surgery 13 months ago in which Dr. Frankel charged $12,000 AND took it upon himself to ADD cartilage to the TIP of her nose and has left her nose CROOKED. My wife has been despondent and expressing concerns for the entire year, she went in for her 6 month visit expressing those concerns and she was told the swelling would continue to go down and everything would look JUST as she hoped (although she NEVER requested cartilage to be ADDED to the tip of her nose) At the 6 month appointment they took several photos, ASSURED her the tip of her nose would turn up and swelling would go down and then MADE my wife call and do a RECORDED message stating she was "pleased with the surgery at this stage"!! My wife then went in for her 12 month visit in which Dr. Frankel's first words to her were "You're NOSE is TWISTED" to which she replied she'd been expressing THAT concern ALL YEAR! Dr. Frankel agreed that AFTER recovering, after enduring the pain, discomfort and recuperation of a Septoplasty she would have to go under the knife again and he would have to FIX what he didn't do correctly in the first place. Imagine my DISBELIEF and SHOCK when they then "offered a discounted rate of over $3,000.00" for the anesthesiologist and cost of an operating room "but Dr. Frankel's services are free of charge"! I contacted Vicki and EVEN OFFERED to pay the anesthesiologist in which she flatly expressed NO sympathy whatsoever for my wife's concern, pain and discomfort and very matter of factly stated "THAT was the cost, we're offering you a discounted rate, should I just take her off the schedule if you're not willing to PAY." The shape of my nose had bothered me for a really, really long time. I finally decided to do something about it and I started looking for a plastic surgeon. After three consultations with different plastic surgeons, I decided to have my rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Andrew Frankel because he was definitely the best. He was really patient with me and thoroughly went over how he could get me the results I wanted. The computer imaging he used was really influential in my decision-making process. It was incredible because Dr. Frankel was able to show me exactly what my results would look like. My procedure went really well and my recovery has been great too. Dr. Frankel's staff is incredibly helpful. They answered all of my questions, took great care of me, and helped me feel really comfortable. I was always a little self conscious of my nose and after my sister had an amazing rhinoplasty with Dr. Andrew Frankel, I decided to schedule a consultation. Dr. Frankel was extremely knowledgeable and thorough during my consultations so I was completely confident in him and my decision to have this procedure once my operation date came around. Dr. Frankel performed my primary rhinoplasty on August 29th. He had come highly recommended. When I came to my consultation, he put me at ease immediately. I felt like he had a good aesthetic sense about what to do with my nose. My first consultation was actually about five years ago, because I wanted to refine my appearance for photographs and films. From the beginning, I was comfortable with him Dr. Frankel. There are such subtle details with my nose that I wasn’t even expecting this soon after my surgery. Dr. Frankel was pretty welcoming and concerned of my needs and wants as far as the final outcome of what I wanted with Rhinoplasty. He answered all of my questions patiently and gave time for our discussions. I was excited and nervous about the procedure, but the staff was helpful and I knew what to expect. They really have great customer service there. I can’t wait for the swelling to go down so I can see the final results, but so far it looks almost exactly like the pictures Dr. Frankel showed me that it may look like, so I’m really happy. more

I had a lower facelift around the end of September with Dr. Frankel. He’s very nice, thorough, accommodating, accessible, and confident and he was available for any further questions if I had them. The Lasky Clinic is really comfortable and lovely and all the people were quite nice and helpful. It didn’t feel like I was going in for major surgery so it wasn’t an overwhelming experience. It was just very pleasant. After surgery, there were things that I had questions about, but Dr. Frankel would always be available to address those either by coming into the office or by phone so it was good. The results are very good. I feel like I got what I wanted. I didn’t’ want anyone to know that I’ve had a facelift. I wanted them to think I look rested and better, like myself but just the best version of myself. I wanted people to see me and say, God, you look good, but no one even remotely questioned that I had work done. That’s how I wanted it and it was terrific! more

On the day of the Rhinoplasty, Dr. Frankel explained everything to me even though he explained it to me before in the preop meeting. Everything was so clean and pristine and the nurses were really friendly and nice. I trusted Dr. Frankel to take care of me, and he gave me exactly what I asked for. I love the results, they’re amazing! He’s a great doctor for eyes or noses and knows exactly what needs to be done. He is an expert! more
