The results were VERY disappointing. There were a few stained spots that were not even made lighter by their cleaning. Anyplace there had been a wear pattern of dirt before cleaning looks as it they had not been there. I had a newspaper recycling bin on the bedroom floor and they cleaned AROUND it. No furniture legs were put on foam coasters or blocks to keep them from the damp carpet.
