on 9/13 I took my 9 year old granddaughter to the cinemark on Antioch and was very sorry I did. We were the only 2 in the theater and the sound was so loud that I left with a migraine headache.
Upon entering there were only 2 employees and they were busy visiting and no one to take my ticket.
When we left after the movie Barnyard there was no one around. I wanted to mention the sound but couldn't. There wasn't even a cashier around. How strange to feel you're the only people around.
I've experienced this before and have decided until the management decides to do something to make patrons feel safe and comfortable I'll not return and I take her a lot but cinemark isn't the only theater around.
