I made an appointment for one thing, but they billed it for something else, which screwed up my insurance, and then they wouldn't fix it without going through a lengthy, frustrating, unnecessary process. Any time I've ever called them, their customer service is terrible and they always want to pass you off to somebody else. Nobody that works there believes in any accountability. If you make a mistake, just try and help fix it! It's simple. I would not recommend this office at all. It seems to be run like a factory line with no compassion and they are not personable in the slightest.
