Worst customer service I have ever experienced. 9/7/2006

I went there today to return an item. I read on the back of the receipt that you have 60 days to get a cash refund w/a receipt. After waiting in line for 15 minutes Monica the sales clerk (she didn't smile or even say hello). She took the merchandise and said "you can get a store credit". When I questioned her about it being less than 60 days she rolled her eyes and said "you only have 30 days to return for a refund" and she rang out the store credit. When I got the receipt back I read again and it clearly states 60 days. So, I asked for a manager. I explained how rude Monica was and she blatantly lied to me and is now wasting my time. All the store manage said was "oh, really." I finally got my money returned after getting back in line for another 15 minutes and without an apology from the manager or Monica. I will never shop in that store again and will tell this situation to every person I meet. Sandy more
