Dish Network provides a great service. I have had them for over a year now and I love the options they have and all the great packages that they offer.
BUT I absolutely HATE their customer service. The operaters over at Dish Network are hard to talk to and very hard to understand. I get the feeling that they are in one of those remote service centers (i.e - international, outsourced places). It is so hard to communicate with them and getting one small thing done can take several phone calls.
If you want good customer service, then Dish Network is not the thing for you!
