The Russian-American Center is a good place to keep in mind if you are russian and have nothing to do on a rainy day. If offers nice services for russian-speaking adults and kids and is conviniently located in San Francisco where there are a lot of Russians living!
I would at least check out this center once to see what if offers for you!
