The Kansas City Zoo offers a day full of fun and excitement for the whole family Come in the morning and stay all day either bring a sack lunch or eat here at the zoo though it is more expensive than most places. The zoo offers 1000 or more animals to view and many special exhibits that come year round for special events. Take a train ride around the zoo to rest those tired feet and view some of the areas you may not get to visit while your here. The zoo also offers a Imax Theater that you can go to either while your at the zoo or make a trip to come back and only go to the Imax.
