Manager Jason is not willing to put the customer first. Since his hire at this location, four team members have quit and moved to a different location. Had to speak with the manager when the receptionist confused me with someone else who was unhappy with a change in appointment time and he was very rude on the phone and insisted that I would cause a scene the day of my friend's wedding. His reaction was to take me off the list for the day. He was not sympathetic to the misunderstanding and raised his voice at me during the phone call. If you still want to visit Sergio's at this location, please think twice or don't go at all. They have frequent rescheduling times as well as hairdresser changes, not to mention extended waits from the set appointment time (45-60 minutes). more
