The most important thing that Ellen did during this transaction was to proactively reach out to the USDA...including calling down to Washington...to stay on top of the status of the government's release of funds. The closing was delayed because of the USDA but I am certain that the transaction would have taken several more weeks to close without Ellen's personal touch.
