My family has always enjoyed eating at KFC. Recently, they rebuilt our restaurant, and we had to go without their chicken for six months or drive fifteen miles to another place. I am always purchasing the LapTop meals for my two girls, ages 4 and 6. They recently changed these meals. There use to be a chicken leg(their choice), mashed potatoes, applesauce, fruit roll-up and drink. Now the new meal comes with choice of meat (still original recipe chicken legs for my girls), mashed potatoes, a bag of baked Cheetos, a s'more bar and drink. The only thing I wish they would add to the meal is the biscuit. It is very difficult to eat without bread! Now that is still too much for little girls to eat at one sitting, but at least they can eat the dessert later. My husband usually orders the combo sandwich and drink and I order the chicken liver plate. I am the only one that likes chicken livers, so I do not cook it that often at home. I must say that their ice tea is great! This new restaurant is easy to get to, and it has very modern seatings. I usually try to find some coupons in the Sunday local paper. My entire family loves this place and I would recommend it highly. You get a very wholesome meal and you feel good serving it to your family.
