Began as a promising good move, but quickly turned out to be the most poorly managed moves I've ever experienced on the actual moving day.
Last minute changes by the company without notifying me (an email or phone call costs nothing), an uncooperative and absolutely disrespectful "part" owner answering the phone who actually flat out refused to answer my demands about new, undiscussed prices for the move and instead wanted to initiate and engage in a pointless blame game, an overheated moving truck with owner and dispatch gone for the day (noon), and personnel switching in and out in the middle of the move (we went from 3 movers to 2 more than halfway in the move). There's definite room for improvement.
The movers themselves were enthusiastic and knew how to hustle and that deserves recognition (and the 2 stars), but their management really needs to take some classes on how to properly respond to customers, and manage their ego and their business. I strongly recommend against going with these guys until the owner figures that out.
