We have apologized to Virginia about this and are sorry for the problem. This situation occurred because a new employee (first day on the job) misread a brake meauring device and as a result made a recommendation for brake replacement when it was not yet needed. The training issue was immediately addressed. This unfortunate event was caused by simple human error -not dishonesty. Nonetheless, we apologize for the problem. Sincerely, Jerry more
