I trust Jerry's Auto Repair to do what needs to be done and not do what does not need done. And, I trust them to do it right. They are always very courteous. They offer a service where you can drop your car off and they will take you home. They will pick you up as well. That is very important to me. I like them very much. more

My timing belt went out while I was driving down the street and I called around and was quoted anywhere from $1500 to $2500. I thought that I more than my car was worth so I was getting ready to junk it. I decided to give Jerry's a try and I got lucky. He quoted me at "around" $800 and I took it there that day. To my surprise when I picked it up he only charged me $650. When have you ever heard of someone charging less than what they quote. The most trustworthy repair guy in the city. more

In order to assure they have achieved 100% customer satisfaction, Jerry's promises to be honest and to "do only the work necessary". My car went through two types of services: a routine service that makes sure my care is in top roadworthy condition and a diagnostic check to find the problem with my air conditioning system and heater. Although the routine service went smoothly, the diagnostic check was unsuccessful and the mechanics could not identify that a problem existed. The mechanics at Jerry's were not satisfied with the outcome so they continued to search for potential causes of the problem. They found that the air conditioning fluids were low and needed to be refilled. As the mechanics were uncertain that this was the cause of the problem, they did not add that to the bill. more

Many people for the most part prefer to have the job done as quickly as possible and Jerry's promises the "same day service". I brought my car into Jerry's on Monday, July 12, 2010 at 10:00am. After checking my car in, a complementary ride was waiting to take me back to my apartment outside of the shop;s doors! How convenient it that? I did not need to bother any of my friends to give me a ride nor did I have to spend any money on a taxi. At around 11:35am, I received a call from Jerry's saying that they are sending their complementary ride to pick me up and bring me back to the shop because they were done with my car. Within a mere hour and a half the necessary services were completed and my car was ready to be returned! more

We had a very good experience with Jerry's Auto. After dropping our daughter off at WSU-she heard a noise coming from one of the rear wheels. Jerry's inspected the car and found it was only accumulated dust in and around the rear brakes and charged us $10.00 for the inspection and repair. more

We just wanted to pass along our thanks to the wonderful people at Jerry's Auto in Pullman for helping us last Friday (August 1st). While driving to Pullman from Tacoma over Snoqualmie Pass, a vehicle in front of us blew out a rear tire and shattered the back end of their car, sending debris all over I-90. A section of the vehicles bumper lodged under our car, I pulled to the side of the road and was able to remove the debris but a terrible noise was now coming from our car. We called Jerry's and talked with James, he said to bring the car in and they would look at it. When we arrived around 5:00PM they dropped what they were doing and took a look at our car even though it was near closing time. They determined that a the heat resistor under our vehicle had been bent over by the bumper debris and was now resting on the exhaust system, which was causing the rattling noise. They bent the metal back into place and it was good as new. When we tried to pay James and the rest of the crew for their help they wouldn't take the money and wished us a great time while visiting Pullman. What could have been a horrible trip for us turned out great because of the terrific people at Jerry's! Our daughter is a student at WSU and if her vehicle needs servicing we'll definitely be taking it to Jerry's Auto! Thanks Again! more
