Lou was right on time for the appointment and didn't disappoint. He answered all my questions and explained what he was doing for each part of the inspection. I was impressed and the report I received is very detailed and to the point. An easy read to see what needs to be fixed up. I would definitely use him again if I ever needed a home inspection.
