I used this shop alot for a while to monogram the various gifts and baseball stuff for our local league. Apparently, they don't need my business too much these days because for the last couple of times I have gone in there, they have basically ignored me and while I stood waiting for help, they spent most of their time chitchatting. I asked if something could be done by a certain time and she scoffed at me.
