Not a great experience. I bought this really nice dress from dilliards and when I got home I realized the dress was defective so the next I go back to this location to return it and the manager says they cannot accept returns on defected merchandise. Dilliards is a store with great merchandise but the policies and the pricing are not reasonable. Just make sure that when you purchase something from here be certain that it is not defective or flawed because you will not get your money back.I would highly recommend JCPenny's over Dilliards.
