Purchased a mattress and it was not the same one from their showroom. I was like maybe it will get better, not the case. It broke down in the matter of a few months and made sleeping miserable. Finally after 2 or more months, someone finally came to take a look at the mattress. They disagreed that something was wrong. I was insulted and threatened. I decided to go to The BBB and Consumer protection agency. Then I filed a SMALL CLAIM COURT CASE! GUESS WHAT I WON! The judge totally saw that they were not truthful. The bed was not made in their factory! It was made in Spokane Wa and had a tag to even prove it! I was not paid by them. I hired a collection agency who was not able to get any monies from them for over a year. Three years almost later they still refuse to pay me. Please, look for a reputable mattress store to purchase a mattress from. I tell you if you buy from them you will be sorry. I also see on the review sites when i was sueing them seems there are a bunch of 5 star reviews. I think someone put them there delibertly. I wish everyone who wants to buy from them could hear my whole story. I won my money and have never been paid, do your research and if you have any problems take them to small claims court like i did, maybe i have not been paid yet but i want others to know you can go to small claims court as well.
