I have problems with my Cingular phone reception because of the area where I live. We've tried different phones and antennas. The last one worked "ok". When we stopped by Radio Shack today to buy a phone charger, the clerk asked me how my newest antenna worked. When I told him it was a little better, he brought out another one, put it on my phone and said to try it.

I don't know how I got so lucky finding a place with such good customer care, but I do know this will be the place I shop whenever I need electronic supplies.
