Review content:
We have been to Radio Shack so often, the clerks recognize us. We keep returning because of their exceptional customer service.
There was the time I lost my cell phone. Of course, the same day I broke down and bought a new one, somebody called with my old one. No problem, they refunded me the money for the one I had just bought,
When my son had some major billing problems with the new Sprint phone he purchased there, the clerk contacted Sprint and spent about 45 minutes talking to Sprint and got the problem solved.
I have problems with my Cingular phone reception because of the area where I live. We've tried different phones and antennas. The last one worked "ok". When we stopped by Radio Shack today to buy a phone charger, the clerk asked me how my newest antenna worked. When I told him it was a little better, he brought out another one, put it on my phone and said to try it.
Got home, and it actually works in my house.
I don't know how I got so lucky finding a place with such good customer care, but I do know this will be the place I shop whenever I need electronic supplies.
