I used to hate working out. Now I love it. My trainer has taught me a variety of awesome exercises I can do, even when Im not working out with him. I love my supplements that i am on...The carb blocker helps me with my carb cravings. I am so happy i joined Vision Quest. Most gyms employees dont care that you are there. When I am at Vision Quest all the employees greet me and make me feel, good about myself...They are encouraging and smiling and that really helps someone like me that doesnt like working out.
