I used to hate working out. Now I love it. My trainer has taught me a variety of awesome exercises I can do, even when Im not working out with him. I love my supplements that i am on...The carb blocker helps me with my carb cravings. I am so happy i joined Vision Quest. Most gyms employees dont care that you are there. When I am at Vision Quest all the employees greet me and make me feel, good about myself...They are encouraging and smiling and that really helps someone like me that doesnt like working out. Thank you Vision Quest for being so positive!!!
