I started going to Robert Jeffrey's in 1998 and continued to go there until around 2003. I always had an average color and cut experience. My major complaint is the price. Besides the color was always the same it seemed, I never really got to do the chunky highlights, etc.
Did get two very wonderful updo's from here, would highly recommend for updo's.
