I was hoping I needed only a new water pump: the free estimate revealed it to be much worse. These guys were great through a disappointing experience and didn't push me to do expensive work exceeding the value of the car. I even thought I felt some genuine compassion for the death of my car, which is above and beyond the call of duty for a mechanic.
