SAVES MY LIFE EVERYTIME! 4/25/2012

I've been a customer since 1998 and will continue to be one until I leave the state. Automotive Specialists does great work on vehicles, affordable, fast and the customer service is wonderful to say the least. I've even had body work done to my vehicle there and it was great. They offer pretty much anything!!! BEST IN AUSTIN!!!! more

Great Experience! 4/5/2012

I simply needed to change a part, brought it in and they had me in and out of there in less than 45 minutes. I called around to several places and the price, speed and service was significantly better than the other shops I called in the area and Automotive Specialists lived up to their promise. Will definitely go back. Thanks! more

I would recommend this shop for any repairs. They were helpful honest and my car was done sooner than promised and for less than what I was told. The repairs were not as extensive as they could have been, it's refreshing to have an honest shop. more

Explained everything in terms that I could actually understand, gave us a fantastic price, and did quite a bit of work in one day so that we could have our car back by the time they closed! Thrilled with the work that was done for us. more

Highly recommended 3/28/2012

They not only diagnosed a problem no one else could, they fixed the problem without any hidden problems, fees or costs. Told me exactly what was wrong, gave me a great price, stuck to their estimate and I've finally found someone I can trust to work on my car. I only own chevy's and now they will be the only ones to work on them. At last a mechanic that keeps his word and cares as much about my cars as I do. more

Super-great service 3/26/2012

Well I called up Automotive Specialists looking for just an estimate. They gave me the cheapest estimate I've heard all morning, and backed by the BBB. I called them on Monday, they picked the car up on Tuesday, and it was all finish by Friday. Thanks Leslie. more

Highly recommended 3/26/2012

Went in for a free check engine light diagnostic, left with a free test! Had to just reset sensor due to bad gas! They were honest and quick. Great shop to go to! Highly recommend! more

Decent, honest and capable staff 3/21/2012

I was hoping I needed only a new water pump: the free estimate revealed it to be much worse. These guys were great through a disappointing experience and didn't push me to do expensive work exceeding the value of the car. I even thought I felt some genuine compassion for the death of my car, which is above and beyond the call of duty for a mechanic. more

Great Place 2/24/2012

I really messed up my car and thought it was going to cost and arm and a leg but the guys there fixed it like brand new and didn't overcharge me. It is kind of in a bad part of town but don't let that stop you from going there because they are very good and super nice. Oh, and very quick too you'll have your car back before you know it. more

Professional, my sister and I came to Automotive Specialists with a banged-up bumper and hood. They were very professional, friendly and gave us a good quote. Our car was fixed in the quoted amount of time and we had a great experience with him and his shop. We highly recommend him! more

Quick fix 12/13/2011

Not only did you guys fix my car a lot faster than Audi did last time, but it was even done earlier then they had projected. Everyone was easy to work with, and I thought the prices were fair. The best part was that I didn't feel like I was getting anything done that I didn't need. Everything being done to the car was fully explained ahead of time. Thanks for the honesty. more
