This place is soooo expensive. But, there are spices and fancy ingredients here you'll have a heck of a time finding elsewhere. If I was cooking the meal of a lifetime, I'd probably come here to buy some of the ingredients to take things over the top. There's stocks, doughs and all sorts of things that you never would imagine unless you come here, like organic vegetables that are prepared in advance by expert chefs to save whoknowshowmany hours/days in preparation.
