My friend Jason and I love this bar, located not too far away from Woodfield Mall. This is a great place to sit and watch a football game, which is generally what we do. Specifically, we watch the USC games during the college football season.
It's a mix of a restaurant and a bar. The food seems great, but mostly I just enjoy the company and the game. My friend recommends the food, however. The bar itself is laid out nicely and I have never found the place so loud that you can't have a decent conversation.
They have multiple TVs. It really is rather impressive. Since the USC games tend to be blow-outs, I usually end up watching one of the other games on the multi-screen wall.
If you have a bunch of guys looking for a place to go, hang out, have a beer and watch a game, then you have to try Champps.
